Expand your home with Pristine PVC
A conservatory or orangery is a great way to increase the size of your home without the hassle of an extension. A conservatory can be built as wide as your house. Current restrictions which allow construction to fall within permitted development for a terrace or semi-detached is 3m from the host wall. This is slightly more at 4m for a detached. Staying within these boundaries makes sense in some cases, as it eliminates the need to apply for planning permission. However, if planning permission is required, Pristine PVC can take the reins and guide you through the process offering expert advice and reassurance that all requirements are met.
Which style will you choose?
A conservatory usually has a dwarf wall up to 600mm from the floor with glazing above to provide a light and bright room with a view of your garden.
An orangery generally has more brickwork with brick pillars between the windows and doors, this creates more of a brick built structure than a traditional conservatory.

"Pristine PVC have done a great job replacing our conservatory. We are really pleased with the result. It was an awkward job in a confined space and done in mostly horrible weather. We are happy to recommend Pristine PVC to anyone looking for similar work. We will use them again when we have some of our PVC windows replaced. Thank you Will, Kane, Mick and Ashton for your hard work and attention to detail!"
